Perth 360° property tours
3D Virtual Tours Perth
For the interstate buyer, the expat and the FIFO worker who cannot make Saturday's home open. $189 for any size property, captured during the shoot.
A 360-degree interactive virtual tour for a Perth property costs $159 with Baker Production, inside and out, for any size property. Every floor plan also comes with a free 360-degree interior tour, and you can add the exterior to that for $69. It is captured during the shoot, delivered as a link you can add to a portal listing or send to a buyer, and the interior tour is included in every package with a floor plan. Prices include GST.
For the buyer who cannot get to the home open
Perth sells a lot of property to people who are not in Perth on a Saturday morning. East-coast buyers, expats, FIFO workers on swing, investors who will never see the place. A 360-degree tour lets them walk it properly instead of guessing from twelve photographs.
It also changes who shows up. An agent running a tour on the listing gets fewer tyre-kickers and more genuinely interested inspections, because the people who were never going to like the layout have already worked that out at home.
Captured during the same visit as the photography, delivered as a link, and it works on a phone.

Getting the tour onto the listing
Neither of the big portals hosts the tour itself. The tour lives at its own web address, and the agent puts that link into the listing. On realestate.com.au and Domain that is done in the agent’s listing admin or through the CRM that pushes the listing out.
Domain’s own help article spells out a few rules worth knowing:
- The link goes in the Virtual Tour field under the listing’s Images tab in Domain Agent Admin.
- It must start with https://.
- You can’t upload a tour file to Domain — only a link to where the tour is hosted.
- The link must go straight to the tour. Links that redirect to other websites or pages breach Domain’s terms.
- If the listing was created in a CRM, add the link in the CRM rather than editing the listing on Domain directly, or the next CRM update can overwrite it.
Source: Domain — Add a Virtual Tour to your listing. Portal rules change; check your portal’s help centre if a link won’t save.
We deliver the tour as a direct link with the rest of the gallery, so it can go straight into the portal field, onto the agency website, or into an email to a buyer.
Preparing a property for a 360° tour
A photograph shows what the photographer points at. A 360° tour shows everything — the corner behind the camera, the open wardrobe, the laundry basket on the floor. Preparing for a tour is the same as preparing for photos, with one difference: there is nowhere to hide anything.
- Treat every room as on show, including the laundry, garage and robes.
- Open internal doors so the walkthrough flows from room to room.
- Turn on every light and open the blinds.
- Put away personal documents, mail, keys and anything with names or addresses on it.
- Clear benches and bathroom vanities completely.
- Have people and pets out of the house for the 15 minutes the capture takes.
If a property is occupied and hard to clear, it can be better to run photos and a floor plan rather than a tour. A cluttered tour does more harm than no tour.
Tour, floor plan or both?
They answer different questions. A floor plan tells a buyer how the rooms connect and how big they are at a glance. A tour lets them stand in each room and look around. Distance buyers tend to want both: the plan to shortlist, the tour to decide whether to fly over or send someone to inspect. Our guide to 2D vs 3D floor plans covers which plan format suits which listing.
