1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of bakerproduction.com.au and any services you book through it ("the services"). By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and payments

When you book a shoot, you agree to the package and pricing displayed at the time of booking. Payment is required before delivery of the final files unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

4. Image licensing

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, photographs and media we produce are licensed to you for use in marketing the property they were shot at. We retain copyright in all images. You may not resell, sublicense, or use the images for unrelated commercial purposes without our written consent.

5. Turnaround times

We aim to deliver edited files within the timeframe stated for your package. While we work hard to meet these timeframes, we cannot guarantee them in cases of equipment failure, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Access and conditions on site

You're responsible for ensuring the property is ready for the shoot at the agreed time and that we have safe access. Additional time on site beyond the package allowance may incur additional fees.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Bookings already made are governed by the terms in effect at the time of booking.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
