Your face is on the signboard, the portal and the letterbox drop
A vendor picks an agent before they read a word of the appraisal. Your headshot is doing that work on a signboard at forty kilometres an hour, in a two-centimetre circle on a realestate.com.au profile, and on the front of a letterbox drop that lands next to three competitors'.
Most agent headshots in Perth look like they were taken in 2019 against an office wall. A current, well-lit portrait — shot on location rather than in front of a backdrop — is a cheap and unusually visible upgrade.
$189 covers one agent in a session, fully edited, delivered in every size you need. Book a session per agent for a team.

One shoot, every place your face goes
An agent headshot gets used at wildly different sizes. The same file has to work as a small circle on a portal profile, a crop on an email signature, a full portrait on an agency team page and a large print on a signboard that people read from across the street. A photo that looks fine at one of those sizes often fails at another — too tight for the signboard, too loose and busy for the profile circle.
So the session is shot with all of those uses in mind: room above the head for a landscape signboard layout, a tighter crop for the profile picture, and a clean background that does not fight with agency branding. You get the edited files in the crops you need rather than one image you have to make work everywhere.
- Square crop for portal and social profile pictures
- Portrait crop for agency team pages and appraisal packs
- Wider crop with space for text on signboards and letterbox flyers
- High-resolution files suitable for print
- Web-sized files for email signatures and LinkedIn
How to prepare for a headshot
Most of what makes a good agent headshot is decided before anyone picks up a camera. A few things that help:
- Wear what you wear to a listing appointment. The point is for a vendor to recognise you when you turn up. Solid colours photograph better than busy patterns or fine stripes.
- Bring a second top or jacket. A change gives you a formal and a more relaxed option from one session.
- Check the agency’s brand colours. If your signboards are navy, a navy jacket can disappear into them. Pick something that contrasts.
- Glasses: wear them if you wear them day to day, and mention it when you book so the lighting can be set up to keep reflections down.
- Hair and grooming the day of the shoot, not the week before.
- Tell us where the photos are going. If you already have a signboard or flyer template, mention it so we leave room in the frame for the text.
Shooting outdoors in Perth, softer morning or late-afternoon light is kinder to faces than the middle of the day. We work around that when we choose the time and spot.
Getting a whole team to look like one agency
The most common problem with agency team pages is that every headshot was taken at a different time, by a different photographer, against a different wall. It makes the office look less established than it is.
A team session fixes that: same location, same light, same crop and the same edit across every agent, so the team page, the window display and the appraisal pack all match. New starters can be shot later against the same setup so they slot in without the page looking patched together. Team sessions are quoted on headcount — call 0466 789 522. If you also want a listing feature with you on camera, see real estate videography.
