Next-day delivery on photography, drone, floorplans, and virtual editing. Video takes two days because of the additional editing time. If you need something faster, just ask — we'll usually find a way.
We can usually still shoot. Overcast and light rain are fine for interiors, and we can do a sky replacement on exteriors so they still look clean and bright.
If conditions are genuinely too rough — heavy rain, storms — we'll reschedule at no extra cost.
No — as long as we have access (lockbox, key under the mat, agent letting us in), you don't need to be there.
You also don't need an empty property. Furniture and styling actually help the photos. We'll move minor things if needed, but we don't need a blank canvas.
It depends on the package and the size of the property. Most shoots are between 60 and 150 minutes on-site — your booking confirmation will tell you exactly what's allocated.
Perth metro and surrounds — from Alkimos in the north to Rockingham in the south, the coast through to the Hills. If you're outside that area, ask anyway — we travel for the right job.
Yes — drone, video, floorplans, virtual staging, twilight conversions can all be added before or after the shoot. Just message us and we'll update the booking.
Yes. Virtual staging, decluttering, and day-to-dusk conversions are all done in-house. Virtual staging starts at $25 per image, decluttering at $10 per image — see the virtual editing page for the full breakdown.
Whatever's easiest for you. Card via the booking system is the default, but we also take bank transfer and can invoice agencies on standard terms. Just let us know what suits.
